Refund and Returns Policy

Scope of this Policy

Offers covered include downloadable educational products, cohort-based challenges, live workshops with attendance caps, hourly consulting packages, sponsorship invoices, and related add-ons sold directly by us. Donations without consideration follow separate acknowledgments. Taxes appear on invoices according to your location and our tax registrations at the time of sale.

Digital downloads and libraries

If a file fails checksum validation, arrives corrupted, or is materially different from the described table of contents, notify us within fourteen days of purchase. We first attempt replacement delivery. Where replacement is impossible within five business days, we authorise a full refund of the net amount paid (excluding irrecoverable payment-network fees if your bank prevents their return).

Change-of-mind refunds for instant digital content are limited once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights where permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented locally.

Live programs and cohorts

Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the advertised start time receive a full refund minus third-party processing costs we cannot reclaim. Between seven days and forty-eight hours before start, you receive a seventy percent refund or a one-time transfer to a later cohort within six months, at your election. Inside forty-eight hours, seats are considered committed; refunds occur only for force majeure (serious illness, bereavement) documented to a reasonable standard, or if we cancel the event.

If we relocate a session by more than sixty minutes or switch from in-person to remote in a way that materially alters the offer, you may withdraw without penalty.

Consulting retainers and hourly blocks

Unused prepaid hours remain refundable for thirty days from invoice payment unless a bespoke agreement states milestone-based billing. Hours already consumed, no-show blocks shorter than twenty-four hours’ notice, or customised research that has been delivered are non-refundable. Bundle discounts may be recalculated if a partial refund reverses volume pricing.

Corporate and team seats

Enterprise statements of work govern refund mechanics. Absent special terms, unused seats in a prepaid bundle may convert to credit for future cohorts for up to twelve months. Administrative fees for roster substitutions may apply to cover verification.

EU statutory withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union generally enjoy a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales unless an exception applies. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the exception triggers when you request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right once delivery begins. We surface those statements at checkout in legible form and archive them.

How to submit a refund request

Email service@floradynam.world from the address used at purchase and include order reference, purchase date, reason, and preferred remedy (refund versus credit). Attachments should stay under ten megabytes. For postal correspondence, use Weinbergsweg 1, 10119 Berlin, Germany, attn. Finance.

Decisions and payout timing

We acknowledge requests within three business days. Approved refunds return via the original payment method whenever the network supports it; otherwise we propose a SEPA transfer or store credit. Banking settlement can add three to ten additional days beyond our approval stamp.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Coordinate with us before initiating card disputes whenever possible; many issues resolve faster through direct refund. Contested chargebacks may lead to suspension of digital access until evidence is reviewed.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied after a refund decision, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution bodies available in your country or consult consumer associations for mediation.
