These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Floradynam concerning access to https://floradynam.world/ and related informational services. They are written in English for an international audience yet are governed by German law as described in the final sections.
By browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the site after the effective date posted near these Terms, you agree to the then-current version. If you disagree, discontinue use. We may update Terms to reflect new products, regulatory duties, or security practices. Material changes receive reasonable notice via on-site messaging or email when we hold your address.
We publish general informational materials about food balance, meal organisation, and adjacent learning products. Programs may include workshops, cohort calls, printable templates, and recordings. Unless a separate statement of work says otherwise, offerings remain educational and non-clinical.
Certain downloads or community spaces may require account creation. You agree to supply accurate information, safeguard credentials, and alert us promptly if you suspect compromise. Accounts registered to minors require verifiable parental involvement where local law mandates.
Unless a resource explicitly carries a public licence such as Creative Commons, Floradynam retains copyright and neighbouring rights in text, design, audio, video, and selection and arrangement. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access content for personal, non-commercial learning. Redistribution, translation for commercial resale, automated harvesting beyond fair dealing, or removal of attribution is prohibited without written permission.
You must not misuse APIs we expose, attempt to bypass authentication, launch denial-of-service attacks, upload malware, harvest personal data of other users, harass staff or participants, or misrepresent affiliation with us. Reporting security issues through coordinated disclosure channels is welcome; indiscriminate scanning without coordination may still violate these Terms.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where mandatory law prevents such disclaimer. Editorial corrections publish when we discover errors but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the site. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and claims under the German Product Liability Act remains statutory.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floradynam from third-party claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of community tools, or infringement of others’ rights, except where such claims result solely from our wilful misconduct.
We may suspend access when we detect abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. You may stop using services anytime. Provisions that by nature survive termination—such as intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute clauses—remain effective.
Consumers within the EU receive statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts unless an exception applies (for example fully performed digital content after express consent). Pre-contractual information appears on checkout screens and in confirmation emails. Our Refund Policy adds operational detail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to a different system. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, exclusive venue is Berlin. Consumers may sue us in Berlin or in their habitual residence if consumer protection statutes grant them that option.
